I'm angry at my parents?

I'm angry at my parents?
My mom, who has a Facebook account, likes to upload "Throwback Thursday" pictures. She just uploaded a photo of me and my dad which I thought was really embarrassing. I even told her a few days ago not to upload that photo, the one I mentioned earlier of me and my dad.

I got angry because of it. My dad told me not to call mom but I did anyway and demanded her to change the photo. She said she would.

After my discussion with mom, dad got really angry with me and told me to obey him and said there would be some punishments. All that over a little phone call.

The problem is, my dad is angry no matter what's going on. The littlest things anger him. My mom also does stuff without my permission like uploading that photo because I don't like to get embarrassed all the time.

I'm not in a good mood at the moment. What can I do?

Well, the thing is that your parents have the right to get mad at you for disobeying them, but that doesn't mean it's a good thing. Go ahead and take your punishment this time, but next time try and explain your story, but steer clear of whining. Say how you didn't give your parents permission to upload a photo of you and that if anyone you know sees it, you could be made fun of and you don't want that. But, on the other hand these pictures might not be as bad as you think.
Next time, before you go against your dad's word, first try and persuade him to your side of the story. Explain how he and your mom have been going against your word, and you're not the only one who was disobeyed.
I hope your family can figure this out, and I hope I helped! Smile
