Who knows a facebook sweepstake app that can be used for profit?
I need an app that i can use to run a promotion on my Facebook page. I'm not looking for fans so most of what is available in the market (giveaway apps) does not suit me. I need one where participants pay x$ for a ticket to the draw. I'm not in the US so there are no legal issues.

there are no facebook apps that let people pay you money - you would have to run such a thing on your own website
