I want to start a fashion club at school, the thing is i dont know where to start!!?
Iv had some ideas like watching a fashion show then encorporating what we saw into our own fashion runway at school. my teacher is really suppprting me, but she wants me to plan it myself and then show her so we can give the briefing to the principal. now its the holidays and iv got two weeks to come up with how we are going to pay for things and how everything will go in our schedule and budget...and our budget is not looking as well as it should...i really need help. we need to get things going by the start of next year and that may seem a while away, but iv got a life too. you know exams...assesments and all.
Thnks in advance

Well, first I would recommend making posters around the school asking people to bring in any hand me downs or anything that they dont want anymore
You could probably get cute outfits and switch the old clothes up and get like cute vintage outfits Big Grin
Next I would give flyers for auditions for models and then pick a date and ask the principal isf u could use the auditorium and hold auditions and pick like 20 people. ( remember to pick some judges as well.) When judging make sure they have good pose and a strong walk and have them walk up and down the aisles.
Ask a makeup specialist to help with the stage makeup or even ask a fellow student.
Next I would go old fashion and have bake or cookie sales, ask a mum or even bake cookies urself to get money and get sponsers to help with the money or convince people to donate
As, for the budget, find a volunteer who is good with money
Also u should use any extra excess money for refreshments or any cute accessories that would help with the outfits and have lots of dress rehearsals and remember to have all the clothes and outfits hanged up in the stalls so that tthe models can quickly change
(remember to make them praxtice getting in and out of clothes (really important)
LAstly, get a friendly and outgoing person to introduce the show and the models as they go along
PS if u wanna go big then let the local newspaper know aboput it and it may go big!!!!!!!!!!!!
remember to make flyers for it and post it on twitter, facebook, ETC.

So best of LUCK!!!
Big Grin
BTW I <3 your idea
