I've been waiting for like generations for them to follow me what are ways for them to get a follow back from them?

You need to get real,it isn't going to happen,those boys are too busy to bother with every starstruck teenager who gets the hots for them.

Become internet famous, do something that makes you stand out to them (either with a picture or a video), or you could go to one of their concerts, get VIP passes, talk to them, and then ask them to follow you. Those are pretty much your only options.
