But my name in his phone is "#notwithit"... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??

I called him out on it and he said it was a complete joke and it's not bad... But I don't get it? Am I getting hurt over nothing?

How do I stop being so uptight and not care? When he jokes around, he uses hashtags which is kind of annoying

Yea, you kind of are uptight. He's just joking. You need to learn how to laugh at yourself ^_^ Hashtags are really annoying when they're not used in the right places, but he'll get past that phase soon. Good luck(:
