facebook profile problem?

Why can i see this persons profile when i am logged into my facebook who i havent added as a friend but cant when i am logged into my friends facebook? it says their profile is hidden and you cant see their photo's, profile etc.

It is as if they let only me look at their profile without adding them as a friend, it is odd because this person is actually a girl i like .

you have the ability too let friends of friends see your profile

It's probably that they have THEIR settings to allow "friends-of-friends" but not entire regions. Something that YOU qualify for, but not your friend. It's a middle ground between "Everyone can see" and "Only friends can see." I don't think they specifically allow people to see profiles...just groups. A group which you fall into.

All these facebook questions are mainly security answers...

it sounds like your friend has blocked your other friend to view her account but has not blocked you. thus meaning, you can view her account but the other friend can't

if you go into facebook "setting>security" You can optimize who views what on your profile. e.g. wall, photos, info, ect..

maybe you stayed loged in somwhere - the library and someone else added the friend? Not sure, but you can always go down your wall and see if the friend is added there.

Probably the person has protection on their account too which means you cant see their details.

They have to approve you to view their profiles, so you have to invite them or they have to invite you to be a friend.
