how do you deltlete you facebook email off the home page?

well its not my email its my password on the email section. i accidently typed me password in the email section and hit enter not my password is saved on the email section on facebook and i dont know how to deltete it help
ive tried the putting you mouse of it so its highlighted and then pressing delete but it still wont work

start typing it into the wrong box again, then when you see it, hover your mouse over it, and then press the delete button on your keyboard
