how to stop notification facebook from sending to my email?

i have been receiving email notificatuion from facebook./ most probably i set to that. Now how to discontinue / stopm notification coming to my emal

1.) Account -> Account settings
2.) Notifications (third from the left)

Then deselect everything that has to do with email.

Check boxes are there, you can select the notifications you want to receive

click on notification
then unselect whatever you dont want...
