Friends on the new facebook profile??!?

okay so on the new fb profile it seems to me as if the previewed friends are the profiles that are visited the most by you. that just doesn't seem right. moreover there's this guy that was hosting an exchange student that i became really good friends with and we always messed around with this other guy's facebook wall and i do NOT want to see him when i look at my profile.

what happened to when you used to be able to edit friends that appear on your profile? i miss that! what can i do, and am i wrong about it showing the profiles you view most in your friend preview?

“Friends who you publicly interact with the most appear first on your profile. Examples of public interactions include Wall posts, comments and mutually attended events — Facebook will never show friends based on whose profiles you choose to view or who you interact with over messages and chat.”
