The site seemed fine, you may have reached thew max level of widgets, the home page is a bit cluttered.

I only noticed the header advertisement on the home page. 0.1% is common for ads on Facebook pages.

Do consider showing your popup opt-in form at a later time in the session, it may increase bounce rates when immediately shown to first time visitors who will not be interested in signing up before investigating the site.
