How to make facebook company page?

So, my mum doesn't have a facebook and she tried to make a facebook company page about her business firm. She did it but on facebook it shows it as a page in her profile. Like it tells to add a profile photo and all this stuff even though she already has a company page?

She seems to have made a Facebook profile for a person... If you want to make a fan page for you company just go to any fan page and in blue writing on the bottom left of the page it should say "Make a page for my business" or something like that.
