Has anyone ever gotten an email from "no-reply@mail.instagram.com" is it legit?

I got an email saying my email had been changed on instagram when it hadn't been. Now I can't do anything on my instagram without a tab popping up asking for my phone number for an authentication When I give my number I get the message but when i put it in Instagram always says I have the wrong code. Instagrams help center is useless and I just want my instagram back.

This is happening to me too! My account was hacked and I was able to get it back but I can't make any changes without that same thing popping up. I've had so many Security codes sent to me but none of them work!
