why does every app i add on Facebook say this?

"Logging in will not add this app's activity to Facebook."
for example, this happens when i use news apps like the guardian, independant, yahoo news ect. Even though I would actually prefer to share my news activity. As far as I can see there are no privacy settings to change it
tried deleting cookies too

If you're having an issue with an app that Facebook didn't create, please contact the developer of that app. Visit the App About Page and click the Contact Developer link in the bottom left column.
