Facebook app iPhone 4 connection error.?

My facebook app on my iPhone will not allow me to sign in. I enter my email and password and it says "Login Failed. Unable to connect to Facebook. Please try again later." I've logged out of facebook on my computer and everything, but it works on my laptop so I know it isn't facebook. I have also reinstalled the app multiple times and my brother also has the app and it is working fine for him. Can anyone help me?
It's also not my wifi connection. all of my other devices work fine.

Do this:

Log on to facebook through your laptop, go to account settings and add a user name rather than using my email address. Go back into app and put in user name where is says email enter password as normal.

Should work now.
