how do you make a facebook page?

Ive been seeing people doing these pages on facebook where there are admins and they upload photos and i want to make one but how do i do so also is it free or do i have to pay is it hard to make.
also how do you upload photos from internet on it.

These are the steps:

1. Login to your Facebook account,
2. follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
3.choose the type of page you want to create,
4. fill up what is ask then your done.

Steps to create a fan page:

1. Log in your facebook account.
2. Follow this URL or click " Create a page" on your facebook page.
3. Select your category and page name.
4. Follow the Facebook step to fill info they ask.
5. Submit your page and finnish the registration.

How to Upload photos from Internet:
1. First you should download the photo to your computer.
2. Then upload the photo to your facebook fan page. It's easy to find the photo box on Fan page.

login to your account and click on the option "Create a page" which will be at the end of facebook home.it is not at all hard to make and it is totally free.
you have to upload photos from your computer,not from internet...
