Instagram won't load video on my Note 2?

I have a Note 2 and I can't upload instagram videos anymore. It use to do so with no problem and now it won't go past the processing stage. It freezes and says it is not working and then closes and restarts the application. I have uninstalled and re installed, i have done a hard reboot and even restored to factory settings. Can anyone help?

We are sharing the same issues. Before I can upload video using my note 2. After the jellybean 4.3 update that's the start of the issue.
