A crazy website idea?

The thought of this website has just come to me. I know people now use digital camera they upload photos to facebook instagram but how about a website they download to that keeps those family photographs and photos safe for the rest of the time. Meaning those family photos are saved and family member in the future your daughters daughters daughter can still acsess them 100 years plus from now. Of course there would be measures in place to protect privacy and make sure only genuine family members can see the photos. I haven't worked that bit out yet. But the question is basically would you pay a small fee say perhaps 5.00 pound a year to have your family photographs put together in a online photo album for future family relatives to see and cherish , say 200, 300 years in the future ?

There is a more secure way.

Print them out and put them in an album.

You will have security problems and we dont know what technological changes will occur in the next 10 years, so doing such a thing for 100 years later is unfeasible.

Paper does not disappear unless torn or burnt.
