IPhone/Instagram help plz!!?

I really wanna record videos on my Instagram but its you won't let me. It says there's not enough free space? & to go to "iOS settings > general > usage to reclaim space on your device" & I did do the following I went to "usage" & didn't kno what to do?? If I have to delete apps? That's cud be a problem because ever since I updated my phone I Cudnt . Please help thank you

Yes delete apps you have to many apps in your storage system and not enough memory capacity it doesn't also have to be apps it could be pictures ,videos and music and you don't have to go to general just go on any app click it and hold it until an x comes up on the right side off the app and click the x and delete the desire app

Just going to the Usage section on the iPhone doesn't help regain any space. Just shows you how much space you've used & what apps are using them.

You could try PhoneClean (a free Windows/Mac app) that could clear out the caches from the phone to help regain space. Yes, deleting apps that you no longer use would also help.

Oh since you mentioned Instagram specifically using PhoneClean would make you have to sign back into Instagram once its finished doing what it does. No it doesn't delete any pics, or any data since that is pretty all stored online.
