Is it me or is facebook BOMBARDED with advertisements now? Ebay, random stuff, etc? o__o?

It just started today for me! they pop up at the top of the page and when I scroll down one appears every couple of posts! then I look at a picture and there's an ad in between the picture and the like/comment bar. wtf?

That has never happened to me. I just went on and there weren't an obscene amount of ads...

Maybe you have spyware or something because for me, there are barely any ads on facebook.

I haven't noticed, but I user the Adblock Plus extension in Firefox, so I don't see any ads at all.

Sounds like Spyware. Get Defender Pro or some other sort of virus protection software.
