Ok so this guy asked me if i wanted to go see a movie with him and i said yes... we ended up not going he texted me saying "sorry i fell asleep" i saw on twitter before he posted "i am afraid to take a nap because i might miss movie time" and then he later on deleted that tweet... then i saw on tumblr later on "i semi asked a girl out today and then went home and fell asleep and forgot about our plans im such a bad person" ......... then that night i saw on instagram that he went to see a movie with his cousin WTFFF... why did he stood me up is he not interested?

He could well have been telling you the truth but perhaps his cousin was a bit "pushy" about getting him out of the house. If he asked you out it shows he is interested.
