My i get answers not just related to profit maximization, i prefer answers highly related to social development and job creation.

you are asking people to be unselfish which is futile the monster of the free market destroyed all manner of social status your place is your value in it and those that pay set the value not on your merits but what they are willing to pay there can be no social development under these rules
