How do I block a Facebook page?

I do not "like" this page. I'm friends with a girl who is constantly sharing posts from the page so they show up on my wall. It's all stuff from emo pages and I am getting really annoyed about it

You can 'Unsubscribe' from her. Go to one of the posts and there should be an option to unsubscribe from her, she'll still be on your friends list but you won't see any of her posts on your newsfeed.

Lol had that too long time ago.
I never really "blocked" people on fb... if you don't want her as fb friends.. simply delete her from your 'friends list'. Another option is hiding her posts from your timeline.

Another option is to visit the person's FB page, You'll probably see at least one of the two options on that page:

1) Click on the arrow on the right side of the "Friends" button. You'll probably see a checkmark next to the option "Close Friends" - click on "Acquaintances"

2) There may be a "Following" button. This probably will also have a check mark in it. Click on it to deselect it.

You'll still be friends, but you won't get any more notifications of what she does.
