Is this the friend zone?

She's shown so many signs of liking me, and we talk a fair amount (but mainly on facebook as we go to different schools...) and she's really enthusiastic in helping me organise a party for my 16th, in depths. She volunteered to help, and I accepted of course, as she my crush

Anyway despite the fact she's shown signs of liking me, I've noticed she started mentioning 'hot girls' quite a lot. For example she said she can 'provide hot girls' for my party if the venue's big, and upon discussing the theme of the party, with the dress theme etc, I asked what sort of theme should I do, and she responded

'well that depends on how classy you want it to be and how slutty you want the girls to dress... '

What does all this mean, is this a guaranteed place in the friend zone or something? How should I reply to these...
I kinda ignored that bit... I was so tempted to tell her men don't really like sluts for anything other than sex...but yeah I feared she might somehow get offended or something by that I don't know. What would you recommend I say to that?

Mainly interested in female opinions, but also some male opinions would be great!

Maybe she wants to know if you are into sluts! Because if you are maybe she wants to be one for you? Or the other way round like classy etc! I think you should just ask her!

Good move not to answer the slut question like that, and I know I'm not a girl but my opinion is that doesn't mean your friend zoned she could just be testing you to see how much response she gets from you. Girls can be strange sometimes best thing to do is play it cool and just reply if you want I'm not fussed I have u going with a cheeky wink and a smile so it puts it in her mind u could be interested
