Making a twitter account?

I deleted my old account and lost all my followers and now I have to start all over again which sucks. I don't know that many people so how do I get a lot of followers? Also when I first start tweeting should I only tweet once a day then over time tweet more? I'm just worried about not having much followers or not tweeting enough so any help would be appreciated!

I guess tweet two or three times a day, and in the first few weeks do the follow trains(retweet the follow trains that bigger accounts start). Good luck!

Make sure you're twitter name sounds nice. Something like @SamIsCool will do well
Put a nice intro about yourself. Everyone likes a fun and outgoing person. If you want, put a picture of yourself.
start by following your friends and your fave celebs or singers
Then, tweet once or twice a day. Make sure you have a reasonable topic to tweet on. No one likes tweets that are boring
Try re-tweeting others. This may help you to get more followers
Have a good sense of humor.
