I can't access my instagram from my iPhone?

My friend accessed her instagram from my phone and later hers was disabled because she posted a nude picture or something. Mine was NOT disabled. However because my phone still had the memory of her account it disabled my ENTIRE instagram. As in even if I make a new account I can't long in from it. I've tried re downloading the app with a different apple account and still nothing. Instagram was a big part of my life and I really miss it. Plus it wasn't even my account's fault! Please help!

I have the same problem, I just deleted once and can't re-load it. I reset my iPhone 4S and Re-sync app but won't help. I can see the icon on itune at APP. Waiting for your help.
