What does the open tweet and close tweet mean on twitter?
I have a private account on twitter and I noticed it said open at the end of my tweet what does that mean is it public?

"Opening a tweet" on twitter basically allows you to see a tweet's stats. You can see how many retweets the tweet has, how many favorites it has, and you can see some replies. You'll find that opening a tweet on more popular accounts (e.g. Ashton Kutcher) will show more results. If a tweet has no retweets, favorites, or replies, opening it does nothing. Hope I helped!
