i want to make my own gif background twitter using photoshop but i don't know what photoshop should i download cause when i search at google , there are so many different type of photoshop such like photoshop cs1, cs2, cs3 and more.. help me please

First of all, it's illegal to download photoshop if you don't pay.
Second of all, cs stands for creative suite. It's adobe's product, the numbers indicate versions. The higher the number, the newer the product. I'd recommend going with photoshop cs3 or higher, with 4 being the best choice if you're beginning.
Third of all, I recommend GIMP 2.0 over photoshop. It's free and less complicated. Plus, like photoshop, it has a big community behind it, so there's a lot of help to be found there.

You do NOT need a $ 700 Photoshop CS 6 suite (the latest version) to create GIF files, period.

Windows includes MS-Paint for free in all versions, which does non-animated GIF files well. And, Paint(dot)net is another free and amazing alternative, if you also want additional features, like Layers, for example.

Google for Animated GIF Apps, that can be used to create the files that appear to move.
