I don't know what to do about a straight girl I like?
I'm in high school and I like a foriegn exchange girl. She's friendly, smart and really, really pretty. We laugh a TON together I told her that I am a lesbian on the past Friday and she accepted me so it was a relief! But the thing is is that she is straight and it kills me when she talks about guys and I know it shouldn't because I can't blame her for being straight. We're also doing a sport together and that means that I will see her a lot for the next couple of months. The thing is, I'm trying to get over her and I can't the more time I spend with her. If I start distancing myself it'll be rude and I will regret it.
Is there any other way I can move on? If you're gay, how did you? And even though she accepted me being lesbian, I feel that she distanced herself today and it made me utterly upset. Should I think anything of it? Ads |

Ehhhh you can't really control it too much. You're going to fall for the girl.
Just try to control yourself at least with little things like... For example: >If she has Facebook - don't creep her Facebook. Don't look at her. Don't look at her pictures >Don't make it a habit to talk to her all the time. (Especially when you're away / not together in person) -------------- You will get over her eventually but it may be a lil rollercoaster of emotions first |
