I don't know what to do about a straight girl I like?

I'm in high school and I like a foriegn exchange girl. She's friendly, smart and really, really pretty. We laugh a TON together I told her that I am a lesbian on the past Friday and she accepted me so it was a relief! But the thing is is that she is straight and it kills me when she talks about guys and I know it shouldn't because I can't blame her for being straight. We're also doing a sport together and that means that I will see her a lot for the next couple of months. The thing is, I'm trying to get over her and I can't the more time I spend with her. If I start distancing myself it'll be rude and I will regret it.

Is there any other way I can move on? If you're gay, how did you?
And even though she accepted me being lesbian, I feel that she distanced herself today and it made me utterly upset. Should I think anything of it?

Ehhhh you can't really control it too much. You're going to fall for the girl.

Just try to control yourself at least with little things like...
For example:

>If she has Facebook - don't creep her Facebook. Don't look at her. Don't look at her pictures

>Don't make it a habit to talk to her all the time. (Especially when you're away / not together in person)
