I let my friend use my Facebook and he poked 2 people, so I went to "Activity Log" and deleted it from there but will there but will those 2 people still get the poke?

From my knowledge, the Activity Log is simply a log of what you've been doing for yourself, and the poke is pretty much an irreversible change, once it's done, it's done.

Please accept my apologies if I am wrong. However, if I am not mistaken, then I wouldn't worry. A poke is simply a poke, it doesn't mean much, and I would certainly take it as a friendly gesture, rather than anything abnormal or a hint to anything.

Reading other questions similar to this one on Yahoo Answers, people have poked others accidentally who they meant to block, if this was the case for you (for example, you despise the person that was poked), then you could perhaps leave a message explaining what happened. Not so experienced on the unfriendly front, sorry.
