Why can I not receive personal emails?

I have sent emails to my family and they have received them but I have not received their replys.

One of the reasons you would not receive them is because they are being spammed...Check your spam folder and if you find them in there open them up and click on NOT SPAM...Once done this email and any subsequent emails will go
to your INBOX.

You can also check your From/reply settings to see what you nave on what happens when someone replies to your message.


Hover your arrow over the GEAR (upper right)Click on Mail Options.. in the left column click on MAIL ACCOUNTS...Add what you want your From name to be in the SENDING NAME BOX....click on SAVE

NOTE: The FROM name, if blank, will display your email address in the FROM line when in the NEW, REPLY or FORWARD mode and that is what your recipients will see in their inbox.

If you leave the REPLY-TO ADDRESS blank replies to your emails will come back to your email address.
