How do I ask a girl to give me chance to get her on a date?

Good day,
I am 15-16 years old and I need an advice.There is a girl in my class who I really like.We have been friends since 1st grade but not really close ones,we were hanging out sometimes with other guys and girls from class.Now,whenever we go out with our friends she would be hitting on me.Not much but she would laugh at any of my stupid jokes,hitting me with her leg when sitting etc.The point is that,were were chatting on Facebook recently and I asked her out.And she said yes.But a few days later she said like "Well we can go out sometimes,but,I don't know,like a friends maybe." and after that we met at the party in my friends place and she was again,flirting with me.Now,I am really confused,what is going one here xD So I thought to send here a letter or text saying something like to get her on a date again or maybe something else to get her back.I really need help I don't want to sound like a "Looser" to beg her to go on a date with me,or I don't wanna be like "I won't stop till I win you",don't wanna sound like a "Pervert,or Reaper"....Can someone please help me with this I would appreciate it.Thank you!

First off, never beg. She will lose all respect for you if you beg.

There is nothing you can do. Your best move is to leave her alone and pretend you forgot about her. Hopefully, she tries to contact you and then you can play it cool. You see, you have to be cool. Begging or constantly asking her for a date makes you look desperate and girls don't like to go out with desperate guys.

you're 1st mistake is asking a girl out on facebook..... whether texting, talking on the phone or chatting on facebook, it should be for 2 things (well 3) 1: building rapport aka getting her to like you 2: setting up a time and place to hang out & 3:catching up with family & friends.
At this point you still seem fine even though she said "as friends"... thats dangerous territory when "you're just friends" so what you should do is ALWAYS have a relaxed vibe, girls love chill calm & collected guys. next time you see her build the courage to go for the kiss. if you see her still laughing at your lame jokes lol & the conversation is going good kiss her &act like nothing happened, talk a bit more then kiss her longer!
Most guys think "well i dont think its the right time, it needs to be perfect till i go for it"... but that "perfect moment" doesnt xist, if she doesnt seem open for a kiss YOU KISS HER, if she seems open for a kiss YOU KISS HER!Unless she's mad pissed off or madly depressed, you should go for 1st base (i skip 2nd go to 3rd but you young, you're still trying to figure things out lol)
Trust me it's better to regret something you did than to regret something YOU WISH YOU DID! If you like this girl make her yours man, because friends hang out like friends, but boyfriend & girlfriend hang out like lovers
