How can you tell if you were in a dream or if something actually happened?
Last night, I think I woke up, thinking about how my dream made me dizzy. Panicked, I stood up, walked down the stairs with my hand on my head, and then I walked back up the stairs. I then laid back down and went back to sleep. While I had been walking, I had been thinking about how I should twitter this…about how I hate how I randomly become dizzy. But I couldn’t concentrate enough to grab my phone. I have no idea if this really happened though. Or if it was just a dream. How can I tell the difference? It felt real and surreal all at the same time. The reason why I kind of doubt that is because I do have blackouts. I have times when I get dizzy and only remember little things...nothing in great detail. One moment I'm inside, and the next I'm outside talking to a neighbor. I don't remember the in between. I'm used to it. I have AIWS. But I have never woken up because a dream made me dizzy. That's what made me so curious. Ads |

It sounds like that sequence of events played out within the context of a dream.
If you had actually awakened, you would have a more explicit memory of the events. Ads |

I wonder if you could tell your doctor what is going on. I would set up a video camera when you are sleeping and put it on slow play and that should record if you are sleep walking or not. It might be wise not to use twitter or any thing like that when you are in this state, since you might say something you might not be responsible for. Maybe your doctor can do something to help you.
