Is this a scam? What should I do? PLEASE HELP?
I found this girls Instagram page that sells rare gaming products and it seems to good to be true. I don't know if it's fake but she said she owned her own flea market and sells worldwide and the Instagram page looks new to me because the pictures are new and she uploaded 2 pictures of herself. I Dont know what to do And she's selling me a gaming console and game for 75$ she told me she does ups or fedex. And should I pay her with paypal? I never done this kind of stuff before? How do I know if she's gonna ship it to me or when it arrives? Is paypal safe? I'm totally new to this stuff. I need HELP PLEASE IS IT A SCAM?

Usually if something sounds too good to be true... it is. However paypal is a VERY safe way to transfer money. If this was me, I would just keep scouring the internet - instagram isn't a very good way to advertise deals.
Hope this helps!

Sounds a bit dodgy. Paypal does have some protections in place to try and recover funds. I can't really give you any more than that.

Paypal can ONLY refund you if there is money in the seller's account. If you send the money and she withdraws the money and closes her account, you can't get your money back if you don't get what you rordered
Nobody sells things that are too good to be true without some catch. If this were real, don't you think she would be selling to her friends or selling to local games stores instead of offering them to random people on Istagram?
