Is it Possible to build arms like Frank Mcgrath without drugs?
I guess most would call me just a kid (I am 14). But I am as serious about building my body as I know how to be. I have been busting my ass for a year and I don't see much improvement at all. Frank Mcgrath is one of my idols. I have to say I guess my heart was broke when I found out most guys have to take drugs to look that way. I would love to have the massive forearms this man has. All I get is sore wrist when I work my forearms. So sore I can barely hold a pencil in school the next day. I looked into some of these drugs and they are so expensive that even if I wanted to take them, I could never afford them. You guys that have been lifting for years. Tell me the truth. Is it possible to get arms like Frank without drugs? Thank you very much.

At 14 you are not physically ready to build muscle like that. Do not take drugs at this point and wait for your body to physically be able to grow a lot of muscle. Good diet, keep working out but watch for damage to the growth plates with heavy weights. In time your body will be able to grow a lot of muscle and you will know that time when it comes.

Yes. It would take a while but you could certainly add muscle mass with enough time and dedication to working out, your body will also need protein though. Eat a lot of green veggies and lean meats.

Remember, you are still young. Keep exercising, eat well from all food groups, and continue your weight training. (everyone wants to be bulked up, but those who take steroids have shrunk up testicles, a bad attitude caused by the steroids, and bad health). I personally would like to be well developed with good health, rather than bulked up with health problems that will plague you for the rest of your life.

Yes you could get muscles like frank but to tell you the truth, it will take a while.

With the right diet and with persistence you can get this body.

You are 14 right now so at least by the time you are 25 you may have those arms like that.

From 14 years old to age 25 is ten years but it is worth it.

Since steroids cause for the body to react faster in an abnormal way then that is how some people achieve their goals faster than us.

If we compare our results to the results of people that take steroids then we can expect disappointment when the results don't happen like we think they should.

I know that you said that you looked into some of those drugs but it is not good to take any steroids even if you could afford them because they are not good for you.

I would only recommend doing it the natural way by proper nutrition, an adequate protein intake, 8 glasses of water each day and 8 hours of sleep a day.

A tip that may help for you to build muscle at a faster rate is to slow down the tempo of your workouts.

Don't just rush through them real fast.

Steroids are a form of testosterone but it is dangerous for you to take.

Doing your workouts slow releases natural testosterone that will cause for your muscles to really grow.

Be patient with this and know that this is not an overnight thing but with time and persistence you can get the body you desire.

Now I am not saying that it will take you 10 years to see minimal results, only 10 years for the body like frank.

You should see some results in 6 months if you are on point with the things that I discussed above.

Good luck
