If its 'Timeline' the application that u hv created, then I let u know that 'Timeline' in Faceboon is Facebook Profile. FB Timeline is not an application. Who is the 'He' ? Is he the FB a/c holder ? Go under search, key-in friends name, request send to them to add him as friend. Hope that all my guesses r correct.
Suggestion made. Do as u deem fit.
