Facebook custom settings visible to others?
So if I make a specific post on my Facebook set to custom settings, say Friends and blocking certain people, or Only Me and specific groups will people be able to see the specific settings if they hover over that gear symbol next to the post (which is usually a globe if the post is public, or people silhouettes if it's visible to friends). Does it just say 'custom' if people hover over it? I know when I hover over it, I see the specifics but that's because it's my own account, of course.

Should you I would for safety reasons I don't but in your case you may consider this.there cyber stalkers and block location if you can don't use WiFi on Facebook it will tell exactly where you are.should you customize setting it would be smart to..and no if you set it to certain people can see nobody can see the status other then those you share it with.

You can make your settings private, so only approved people can see it, not by public.
