How do I delete my Myspace and Facebook accounts?

Please tell me how to delte my Myspace and Facebook accounts. I don't want them anymore.
I don't see anything that says account settings. : (

for myspace go under account settings and there's a place in there were you can perm delete the account

for facebook, it say deactivate account under edit profile : )
fo ymyspaceeeeeeee go under aCCount settings and delete myspace. after you did deleted/ deactivate your both your accounts, you will receive email under your screename saying you did want to delete your account. its to make sure you wanted it that way . : )

On Myspace, go to Edit Profile>>Account Settings>>'at the bottom of the page there should be a button called,"Delete Account" '
If that is not there, then send Tom an email and ask how.
Facebook should be the same way...never had to delete Facebook account though, so I am not too sure on that one.
