Can I use a photo of a plant that I found on Google images on my Facebook page?
I used Google images to find a photo of the herb, Basil. Can I use it on my facebook page? There was no listed copyright, and it's not a professional photo, just a snapshot of the plant.

Your on shaky legal ground doing so, odds are nothing will happen, I have heard stories about a guy using images that came from a premium stock art supplier and having to pay a big penalty when they brought him to court.

Usually best to add a text credit to for the image supplier.

'Hmmm...Yeps! Go For It...Many of the sites Have Their Copyright Issue.But,None Of Them Charge Really For That Copyright Act.
