Why does my iPad keep ringing after I get email notifications about Facebook?
I turned off the notifications for my mail on my iPad, yet every time I get an email(mostly ones from Facebook for which you would probably get a notification every 3 minutes, which I do) the iPad rings and it completely disturbs my peace. Can anyone please explain this and somehow help me fix it?

You have on more than one type of notification, so you have to respond to both. You should disable the email notification and just have it go to your app on Facebook for example. This happened to me as I had three devices registered, the phone, the kindle, and the email. I got notifications on all three. I ended up taking off the email and then I only got the notification in the app itself, so it recognized when I checked it.

You have one on Facebook as well you have to turn it off
