how can i post on a facebook group wall as the group?

i recently created a group in facebook, but i don't know how to post something on the group wall as the group..

whenever i post something it shows my name and picture...

is there a way i can post in the group as the group not as my facebook account?

Nope there is now way. Only Fan Pages work this way.

I've been following these recent questions about many users asking how to post as a group and not an individual. I never thought it was an actual problem until i did some digging. Unfortunately, since Facebook's new Layout, they've changed the way Group pages post status updates. When you update your status on a Group page whether you be the creator or an admin, your post will always show up under your own name and not the group name. Only groups that were created before the new layout can actually post 'as groups' and not an individual. As of late, only Fan pages can use this feature (posting under the fan page name to all members and not an individual) so if you really want this feature you'll need to remove the group you made (yes even the members too) and create a Fan page instead of a Group page.

How are Pages different from groups?
Pages can only be created to represent a real organization, business, celebrity, or band, and may only be created by an official representative of that entity. Groups can be created by any user and about any topic, as a space for users to share their opinions and interest in that subject. Groups can be kept closed or secret, whereas Pages are intended to help an entity communicate publicly.

Pages also allow people to maintain a personal-professional distinction on Facebook. If you're a group admin, your name will appear on that group, while Pages will never display their admins' names. Additionally, when you take actions on your group, such as posting on your group's wall, these actions will appear to come from you as an individual. However, if you post or take other actions on a Page you own, it will appear to come from the Page.
