How to get the facebook ticker?

Hello all of my friends have got ticker on their Facebook, but i dont have. I have ben reading that i have to increase my activities on facebook such as liking social pages adding more friends to get it.. , but iam just wondering how many friends should i add or how many pages should i like to get the ticker ?

you dont have a ticker if you use a phone - you need to be using a computer to see the ticker

if you are using a computer, then you have to be using a resolution of at least 1024x768 in order for the ticker to appear
