how to unblock websites from my computer?

my brother block all the websites that i always open like facebook wattpad youtube mangahere and browser website games i try opening it in chrome, firefox, internet explorer but it still didnt work in google it always say Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to http://www.wattpad.com same for the other websites. i try to change the settings in proxy but still nothing happen now i cant browse internet at all T_T btw facebook wattpad mangahere game websites works on my mom's computer perfectly.

sorry for the wrong grammars im still grade 4 anyway XD

Go to start menu on ur computer and then click on run..then type 'cmd' in the search box and click ok....now in cmd window at command prompt type 'ping' in front of website name and hit enter e.g.- (ping.facebook.com) then finally u will get the i.p. of the website..just copy that i.p. And paste it in any web browser.....and let me know it helps you or not.....

Unblocking method will depend on type of blocking done by your brother !

- If he is using any sort of software to block access you can simply bypass denial by killing that app from task manager.

- If he is using DNS method .. check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\host file .. if blocked sites were listed there . Delete the lines
127.0.0.1 http://www.facebook.com
or other sites. Save and restart your PC.

- If he is using some sort of proxy you need to configure proxy server.

- Try Web proxy .. http://www.vpnbook.com/webproxy ! Open and put site you want to browse !

If nothing works

- AT LAST IF NOTHING WORKS .. Go to http://www.pdproxy.com , download there client and register a trial account. Open software select protocol as UDP , put user name and password and press connect
- wait for connection to get established ! After successfully connection try to open blocked sites.
