Recently all my friends have been posting the same thing but they say its not them. They're like I'm finnaly quitting my job after 3 years blah blah blah I hate my boss. What's is this all about?

Could possibly be, they have accepted a program to gain access to there account but not fully. Only to post various thing's when they feel like it. But it's not a hack, they are company's convincing people to gain acess to there accounts for the advertisement perspective.
