Ok so my friend ola move to my school last October form Poland ( were in London , year 10 and she's in my tutor ). We got put in a 4 person group together in a class and she added me on Facebook so we could discuss the project and what we had to do for it , she also asked if we could ad eachother on snapchat. So fast forward and told me who she liked and asked if I know him , I know the guy so I said yes and told her a bit about him ( he's a horrible bf choice lets put it that way ) long story short ive basically been her shoulder to cry on for the past 2.5 months , if she likes a guy or doesn't like a guy I will know about it , if he has a problem she will tell me and I'll help her and we also joke about an make eachother laugh all the time.

I've recently learned a bit of polish ( mostly swears that I only learned so me and her can joke about it ) and we joke about that alot aswell , as recently as this Friday just gone where we joked about this polish phrase with this right idiot in our tutor who think that Because me and ola are different sexes and talk alot in school and always laugh then we must like eachother and must be dating. We basically talk everyday after school on snapchat aswell , durin te winter break we talked basically every day from like 12pm till 2-3am. She talks to me about her feelings and if she has any problems and her "bf life" shall we put it. Last month and earlier this month we discussed how her group of friends thought I liked one of her friends ( someone I've known for about 2 years and have only reay talked to for about just over a year), ola made a plan to "help our love" and got sad when she realised me and her friend disk like eachother , she really seemed into getting me and her friend together.

She alway laughs durin our conversations and sometimes looks at me in tutor ( usually when she's about to like joke with me or wen the annoying guy is saying stuff about me an her ) we talk atleast once a day in school and then at home it's snapchat , were comfortable around eachother ( atleast I am ) we joke alot and laugh and make eachother smile. A fair few people ( I guess alot ) see us and think we must like eachother or are secretly dating ( we've been told this by a few an i see others looking at us and talking , I think some of her friends think there's something between us but I'm not too sure. She sometimes sends kiss emoticons when we talk , she says she does it with everyone but idk haha , were very flirty with our conversations I guess , it's not Like us trying to flirt it just comes out that way, it's part of our jokes haha. We're currently friends and that's what she says we are , she's dry pretty and has a great personality and I would be interested in dating her but I don't specifically like her if you understand me , like in open to the idea but I don't think of it. No other girl I'm friends with acts with me like she does though haha , like the kiss emoticons , messaging every day , even when se went bak to Poland for a couple days she messaged me , talking about her feelings and her problems and I guess trusting me so much. Like even we were talking on snapchat lately ( past two weeks ) and she's replied while in the bath , one was a video and the rest were pics I mean thankfully they were only of her legs but even in the vid she moved her legs out form under the water ( most likely nothing but still haha ) and like why not just show the wall or something ad not show from just barely not showing your pelvis. It's weird haha atleast to me it is , I was really ill about 3 weeks ago and she was really concerned for me and missed me while I was away , again she missed me while she was In Poland , she was really concerned an kept telling me to go rest and make sure I was ok an asking how I was feeling.

Right so basically wha do you think of all this , as I said I find it weird for my experiences for her to be like this If we're only friends. Do u think maybe she thinks something else about me ? As I said I'm open to te idea but I don't think about it so If it happens great If not ten it changes nothing . So based on what I told you what do u think ? Is this the dreaded friendzone or is it something different entirely. ? I'm just curious and seriously interested as to what opinions people have on this, thanks !

Not everyone acts the same, she's just comfortable around you and feels like your a good friend. I know hat you mean about when you said your open about the idea of dating her, but I wouldn't worry she probably feels that she can tell you more stuff than she can tell some of her friends. Some girls can be unsympathetic towards their friends.

I think this sounds like the dreaded friendzone. I had an experience like this with a boy that I had been talking to, I knew him from year 4 and hadn't spoken to him since year 11 (the year I'm in now) and we had a lot in common. I didn't see him much in school because we weren't in the same classes, but we would message each other after school a lot and he came across as quote flirty. This confused me a lot because I wasn't used to boys acting like they were interested in me before. I was confused because I didn't like him but his actions made me think he may have liked me and I thought of this idea of us together. He still acts like it and says that I'm one of his best friends and I am no longer confused about the way I feel about him. I think that this girl you're talking too might feel the same way I did, but I wouldn't know what advice to give you to find out, sorry
