Why do I get so jealous?
I get extremely jealous when girls from his school post on my boyfriends Facebook and twitter. He goes to another school so I don't know these girls. They don't post anything bad or flirty it's just like normal friendly stuff.

I know he is a friendly guy at school but ugh.

I am so jealous that I check these girls profiles on Facebook and Twitter and check if he likes their statuses or not. (He doesnt write any flirty comments, he may "like" or "favorite" statuses)

You're jealous because you love him, and you don't wanna see anyone else with him. You want him all to yourself. That's completely normal. Its just how you behave about it that makes all the difference. As long as you don't display these jealous tendencies in front of him you'll be fine.

You're jealous because you're a girl.

You don't want to be "that" jealous girlfriend. You can't keep him away from the female species other than you so you need to address this. If you trust him you have no reason to check up on him. Address you insecurities and you'll be fine.

Jealousy WILL destroy the relationship! If you trust your boyfriend, then you need to squash your feelings. Jealousy is brought on by ill thoughts. It wont happen over night, but it can be done. You just have to focus and make a conscience effort to not think bad things. Another thing you can do, stop STALKING his friends. Also a conscience effort. As long as you are checking, it will bring up bad thoughts, then comes the jealousy. You dont put that much stock into social media, then it wont be on your mind.
