Samsung galaxy S3 facebook app not working?

Hi, so i have had the s3 for about two weeks now and today the Facebook app has stopped working. when i go into the app it just keeps loading but nothing actually loads. I don't think its my network as i can connect to the internet fine and other apps work fine. Ive also tried reinstalling and clearing the cache.

Have you tried connecting to wifi and trying to get on it? I have the Galaxy Note, i've had it since it first came out and the facebook app has always been pretty poor. It always takes a long time to load, literally have to leave it to load, despite even having a decent signal. I only really go on facebook when i have the wifi available. Think i've gone off it, probs down to being fed up with the app! Twitter is the way forward

Same problem here since yesterday on my S3. The app just stays on the loading screen. Trying to log in using the browser allows me to put my username and password in then fails to load any further. It's working fine on iphone and laptop connected to the same wifi
