Why does Youtube and Facebook videos not work on my laptop?
When I first turn on my laptop, the videos work fine but after a while, within an hour, they stop working. Youtube videos will play with no sound for 7 seconds then stop. Facebook videos will play for 2 seconds. Sometimes refreshing the page will work but most of the time it will not and I have to restart the laptop if I want sound. However I can get sound on other websites, like dailymotion or grooveshark. I don't know why Facebook and Youtube are giving me problems. Please help me out.

What internet browser do you use? If it's chrome, reinstall it. Otherwise, make sure Adobe Flash player is up to date by going here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
