Facebook Iphone app, Email notifications?

Since I added the Facebook app to my iphone I no longer receive any notification emails to my hotmail account from Facebook. I only had a few notification turned on, when a msg sent, pic tagged etc but now I get nothing! I don't check facebook really unless someone has sent msg, written on my wall and without the emails I don't know that anyone has! Not the end of the world I know but its annoying as I don't know why! My friend has an iphone and he still gets the emails?!?! I have gone into Facebook and turned all notification on/off saved, then re put on what I wanted, nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on iphone...nothing!

Can anyone help?!?

Hi what it sound like has happened is that the notification have been turned off in the settings tab of Facebook, try to log in from a computer go to "settings" and "account settings" then "notifications" and click on in the buttons next to the things you want to receive notifications about.
