Do I have a right to be annoyed by this?

My stepdad who has lived with us since I was 4 and apparently thinks of me as 'his own' put a photo on his twitter of my mum and put the caption 'the greatest lady i know (as well as Imogen)' Imogen is my stepdad and mums daughter. Its like I completely understand why he would have more love for her etc. but it's like don't say you think of me as your own when you clearly do not.

I have been off with him since I saw him but cannot say anything about it, the first reason being i'm not allowed twitter, and the second that it will cause a lot of rubbish

Of course you do, id be angry by that! I think just make them know you don't feel part of the family properly, then they might realize. Don't worry about it though, he obviously loves you as he has been another parent in your life for however long, and brushing it under the carpet and never making the same mistakes people have never hurt anybody
